Personal Training
As your personal trainer, I will help you set some goals and determine your level of fitness. I will then develop an exercise program specifically designed to meet your needs. Ultimately you must make a commitment to exercise. This may be the most difficult step of all. |
| |
Fitness Assessment Test
Before you begin any exercise program, it is important to gauge your current level of fitness. This will help in determining a safe and realistic starting point and fine tune your personal fitness goals. |
| |
Stretching Exercises
Stretching is an essential part of any exercise program. Incorporating stretching exercises into your fitness routine will prevent injuries, increase flexibility and improve coordination. The type and amount of stretching exercises necessary to meet your needs will be determined based on your fitness level and other factors. |

Body Composition Analysis
Body composition analysis is a process that determines the amount of lean body mass verses the amount of fat in your body. This is measured by a technique called Bioelectric Impedance. This method uses a very low-intensity electric current that runs through your body by attaching electrodes to your hands and feet. Muscle tissue contains a lot of water and fat has very little. Thus, the rate at which the body conducts or impedes electricity can determine your percentage of body fat.
